Modern and Current, LGBTI - I am a full time professional marriage celebrant with over 15 years experience and have performed over 1500 ceremonies. It is an honour to share in your wedding day and present a ceremony that will stay in your memories for a lifetime.

Choosing a celebrant who is the right fit and is willing to work with you to convey your personalities and story on your wedding day is crucial. We will spend as much time as needed discussing the ceremony and I will attend to all legal documents. Formal or informal, on a beach, a boat or in a garden, there are no limits - it would be my pleasure to provide you with my services.

• • My family in particular my two grand children

What couples value most about you?

• • My calm, anything goes approach. Wedding I perform are most definitely elegant and personal but most importantly fun, relaxed and memorable for couples and their guests.

You’re most cherished ceremony moment?

• • I performed a marriage at South West Rocks some years ago, up at the lighthouse. Right in the middle of the ceremony a whales (the spirit animal) appeared and began breaching over and over again, it was an amazing spectacle, blessing us with wisdom, good luck and joy and long lasting love.

Why you love being a celebrant?

• • It truly is an honour and such great fun to join two lovers in marriage and I absolutely always get the best surprise when I see my brides and grooms on the actual day, looking gorgeous and radiant all done up! There is always so much love in the air, it can’t help but touch me too.

You’re best piece of advice to couples planning their wedding day? OR, to couples for a long and fulfilling partnership:

• • Don’t overthink it and keep it simple, your friends and family really just want to be present to see you exchange your vows and to celebrate the occasions with you. You don’t need to take out a small mortgage to have a great wedding.  And… if you are planning an outdoor wedding be prepared that the weather may not always be what you were hoping for, so it’s wise to have a back up venue in case of bad weather.
