My name is Gary and nine years ago I moved from WA to Sydney and met the love of my life, Georgie. We made it official last year and now we live on the beautiful Northern Beaches. I am an electrician by trade, who enjoys outdoor sports, reformer pilates, firing up the barbie with friends and spinning a good yarn.

I am a NIDA graduate and an actor by profession, so warming up a crowd is what I love to do. I can tailor a ceremony to suit any venue or request. I also offer an MC service, if you want to continue the good times into the night.

I deliver top-notch ceremonies all the way from Newcastle in the North to Jervis Bay in the South, and out West to The Blue Mountains.

• • I offer a relaxed, organised, fun, and easy way to getting married, and am happy to continue the good vibes into the night as MC. Couples appreciate that I am generous with my time, experience, and a bit of a larrikin, so we have a great laugh along the way

You’re most cherished ceremony moment?

• • There are so many!!! One of the top 5 would definitely be the wedding party flying into the venue in a helicopter. It was very James Bond...

Why you love being a celebrant?

• • I love being a celebrant because I enjoy gee’ing up a crowd of friends and family to celebrate the love of two of their favourite people. I also feel honoured to help create an atmosphere where a couple can share the joys and idiosyncrasies of their relationship, and I’m excited to help facilitate their adventure into married life

You’re best piece of advice to couples planning their wedding day? OR, to couples for a long and fulfilling partnership:

• • My best advice would be to chose vendors that you can trust will deliver for you on your wedding day. If you have a good relationship with your vendor, and you chose them based on your trust in their abilities, then it releases any stress that things are going to go wrong. That means you can enjoy your day to the fullest!! Wooo!
