We proudly offer in your home or venue skewered roast meats cooked over flaming charcoal. We use a traditional method of cooking that is called Churrasco and has been developed over hundreds of years in Brazil and the Southern areas of South America.
This unique method of cooking meats keeps the natural flavors of the cut and leaves the meat soft and juicy.
Brazilian Barbecue Catering trained chefs prepare the food in the traditional way to bring you the true Brazilian experience.
