A beautiful & unique experience at A Love Story at Q Station Manly

On Sunday the 10th of March, Northern Beaches Weddings & Events in partnership with Q Station Manly, brought to life our first wedding showcase for the year – A Love Story. A refreshing alternative to traditional expos & showcasing a handpicked collection of sought after wedding vendors specific to the Northern Beaches, our “roaming” showcase allowed guests to wonder through the grounds of this unique and beautiful historical wedding location, being inspired to plan their wedding every step of the way! With 3 locations for couples to explore and mingle with wedding suppliers, some highlights from the day included:

  • Glasshouse – styled by My Little Peony Events, guests experienced both a cocktail wedding or that in between ceremony & reception feel with ice cream tastings from a Kombi van, wedding cars & the oh so popular Caravan Bar serving drink tastings from Molly’s Cradle Wines & Manly Spirits Co
  • Governor Bourke Ballroom – starting with hair & makeup artists presenting the latest trends and styles ready for our bridal runway, couples got to start checking off all their to do’s from celebrants, cake tastings, photographers, bridal wear & more. All whilst soaking in how their wedding would look in this stunning venue styled by Poco Uno
  • Headland – a collection of suppliers teamed together to present a stunning bridal showcase of gorgeous designer and custom made wedding dresses by Tying The Knot Bridal Boutique & Perfect Day Bridal. With the spectacular Sydney Harbour backdrop complimented with a ceremony set up to die for thanks to Poco Uno, this was the perfect setting for guests to watch the runway, whilst relaxing with tea, coffee and a taste of spectacular cakes from Love to Bake
  • All of this accompanied by the sweet sounds of live & DJ music played throughout the day by the talented and local: Solo Artist – Ben Fox Band, duo – Chantal & Cesar and trio – SCR Music

Special thanks to our event sponsors & partners
